A 97-unit, eight-story apartment building in the Belltown area adjacent to downtown Seattle. Exterior materials include brightly colored siding and stucco, as well as galvanized metal siding, inspired by the project’s industrial and arts district setting. In keeping with its industrial aesthetic, the project contains 16 live/work loft units with exposed mechanical systems and concrete flooring.
